Brilliant initiative and we are very grateful to David Jenkins for all his encouragement and guidance earlier in our journey when were investigating a homeless shelter for Milton

Halton constituent candidates attend Empty Bowls

We were delighted to welcome Connie Laurin-Bowie, Pat Heroux and Lisa Raitt to Empty Bowls on Saturday. You chose your bowls well. I like Connie's! It was a great opportunity to talk about the homeless issue in Milton and transitional housing solution. Thanks to Ted Chudleigh and Indira Naidoo-Harris and other ward representatives who supported this imprtant first Milton Empty Bowls and launch of Home Suite Home Milton.

Wow Wow Wow - Thank you

Our first Empty Bowls at St Paul's Milton yesterday was a wonderful success. Thank you to the almost 200 people who came out, our sponsors and our great volunteers. We highlighted the homeless issue in Milton, tried amazing gourmet soups, ate with friends and made important new connections. We also left with the most gorgeous hand-painted bowls.
