Federal election - ASK

What should we be asking of the candidates for the Halton riding. This should be an opportunity to ask tough questions of Lisa Raitt, Connie Laurin-Bowie and Pat Heroux on how they will support the needs of the homeless in Milton and the Halton region. Let's hope they attend the Empty Bowls on April 30th at St Paul's. We will plan our communications.

Success at Casa Americo

Our thanks to Casa Americo and the community in Milton for helping us raise $390 last night at the Wine Tasting. Manager of Casa Americo, Salvatore Crisci was very pleased to be supporting this project. The ambience, food, wine and company were excellent. Lloyd Delpratt donated his time and wonderful musical talents by playing piano for the restaurant guests. Samantha Ward, Territory Sales Representative of Authentic Wine & Spirits Merchants donated the wine. This first $390 will go towards the fundraising for the Empty Bowls on April 30th.
