In a community as affluent as Halton, Ontario it is hard to believe that homelessness in Milton is a problem. Here is the story of our Milton Transitional Housing journey to provide a sustainable transitional housing solution in our Milton community. There have now been 9 graduates from the MTH program MTH has provided help to 9 adults and 7 children. We have just secured the 9th unit. We need your continued help to support those in a housing crisis in our community.
